Warranty and Return Policy

All materials are guaranteed to be readable and viewable. We will replace materials found to be faulty. As the delivery of the Goods entails a Technology Transfer to you we do not give refunds except in the case of a Seminar Only purchaser who attends the period before morning Coffee and returns all of the materials and leaves. Trading is Risky neither Turtle Talk inc nor its agents accept responsibility for your outcome good or bad.

We prefer to use Fedex as it means we can track the shipment. You will be sent a Tracking number if you choose Fedex option.
